An accurate measurement is essential to ensure that your dog travels in the correct size carrier. The wrong size may not be accepted by the airline. Please DO NOT include the length of the tail.

The size of the carrier must be such that it will allow your pet to stand in a natural position, turn around and sit down comfortably. There needs to be no less than 2 to 3 inches of extra headroom from the top of your pet’s head to the top of the inside of the carrier.
